In August, the second phase of Wenjin Academy, built by the Cixi Municipal Education Bureau and Cixi Urban Investment Group, was completed and accepted as scheduled. Its "Smart Campus" information platform, utilizing the Netion?Micro modular data center solution, was also completed and put into operation at the same time, ensuring the on-time opening of the school year in September.
A new landmark in Cixi education, Wenjin Academy is designed to Class I hardware standards and features underground corridors. Adhering to the concept of "visible education," it creates courtyard-style learning spaces, integrating teaching with nature and alleviating academic pressure.
The campus is located north of Cixi Wenjin Academy, bordering the planned Qiuzhi Road to the east, Baihuaan Road to the south, Qingniangong North Road to the west, and the planned Chaotangjiang South Road to the north. The total land area is 37,427 square meters, with a total construction area of 46,730 square meters, including 29,897 square meters of above-ground construction and 16,833 square meters of underground construction. The project includes comprehensive teaching facilities (including office space), a cafeteria, a gymnasium, a weatherproof corridor, and other ancillary facilities such as a plastic running track, basketball and volleyball courts, and green landscaping. An underground pedestrian walkway connects to Wenjin Academy. The school accommodates 30 junior high classes and 1,500 students.
